Zeb, Stone grinder

A grain grinder having a rotor stone rotated by a power of 1 or 2 persons pushed the handle and rotates in clockwise, the bottom half is a stationary stator stone. The upper half rotor stone is approx. 150 to 200 lbs. It has novel tapered and spirally configured grooves inside therein for evenly distributing grain about the rotor stone so that grinding takes place uniformly around the periphery of the stone. Novel internal adjustment  structure is provided to vary the clearance between the stator stone and the rotor stone so that various grains may be ground to a desired texture by selecting a position on an indicator or display device which visually displays the clearance set between the rotor stone and the stator stone.

This hand made stone grinder is the oldest human made dating back more than 4000 years ago.

Used in the village or in the communities, each village may have 1 or 2 around to process grain as Corn, Bean and Rice into flour. It can be (wet or dry). The grain was poured into the side hole in the upper stone by a person stand up the stood as shown in the animate, and turned it into as flour spilled into the reservoir down to the large Pan

Cug or Cos,

Is a RICE ponder, mostly are used for RICE pilling, by a power of 1 or 2 persons stand side by side and used feet pushed the beavertail down and let go, the grove may take approx. 1 or 2 gallons grain and 10 to 15 minutes ponder completed.

Cug, is hand made as wooden, is powered by the feet and conserved energy, almost every house hold have one.
